What you will do

• Raise and release payments across multiple entities using TMS and online banking portals.
• Monitor and reconcile daily payment transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including recalls, tracers, and rejections.
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop Excel macros and spreadsheets for reconciliation tasks.
• Ensure adherence to risk management principles, TCF, and CASS controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payments, settlements, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems.
