What you will do

• Manage, configure, and set up hardware devices and testing environments.
• Execute test scenarios on physical hardware on behalf of remote engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain internal tools to optimize team operations.
• Provide support in customizing retail products and improving automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and environment-related issues and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Active student status in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of C# and .NET Core or .NET Framework.
• Solid understanding of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of hardware setup and configuration.
• English: Communicative proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• Location: Must be based in Katowice, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of Design patterns and API platforms.
• Previous experience in retail, POS systems, or store operations.
• Interest in debugging and hardware-software integration in lab environments.
