TL;DR

Senior .NET Developer (Fintech): Designing and maintaining backend services and APIs for a leading European energy exchange with an accent on microservices architecture and SQL optimization. Focus on building scalable messaging solutions using RabbitMQ/Kafka and automating CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-load system reliability.

Location: Hybrid (1 day/week office) in Gdańsk, Warsaw, Kraków, or Rzeszów, Poland

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN per man-day (B2B)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Build and enhance scalable microservice-based solutions.
• Optimize SQL database integrations and data processing workflows.
• Implement and maintain messaging solutions using RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in architectural decisions and code reviews.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a C# .NET developer (ideally 10+ years).
• Strong proficiency with SQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and messaging infrastructure (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, or Octopus Deploy.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdańsk, Warsaw, Kraków, or Rzeszów.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Fintech domain.
• Frontend experience with Angular or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience implementing high-load applications using the Actor Model (Orleans).
