Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend systems using APL (current core) and C#/.NET (modernization path).
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, technical planning, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product owners and engineering peers to deliver maintainable and reliable code.
• Implement quality standards via unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure system stability.
• Work within Git-based workflows in a continuous integration environment across cross-located teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (Core/Framework) and experience building backend APIs and services.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, architecture patterns, and clean code.
• Proficiency with Git and automated testing/CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw and communicate effectively in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to functional or vector-based programming languages.
