Location: Must be based in Washington, DC (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office)

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Lead financial and operational accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close.
• Partner with station management to guide strategic decision-making and identify key financial drivers.
• Manage revenue processes, including pacing, rate/volume analysis, and sales reporting.
• Mentor and develop senior financial staff.
• Oversee capital investment strategy and coordinate annual audits with HQ controllership.
• Design and evaluate business process models to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, public accounting, or operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Must be able to work from the Washington, DC office at least four days per week.
• Experience leading and managing support staff.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence systems like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Prior work experience within the media and entertainment industry.
