What you will do

• Analyze project requirements, user stories, and process flows to create comprehensive UAT test plans and scenarios.
• Execute manual UAT, regression, and system integration testing across marketplace modules.
• Log and track defects using Jira and Azure DevOps, participating in triage sessions to assess business impact.
• Validate system logic against ACA policies, MAGI eligibility rules, and coordinated Medicaid workflows.
• Coordinate with business SMEs and technical teams to maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).
• Produce test execution metrics and release readiness updates for program leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), SDLC, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong domain expertise in Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) operations and ACA policies.
• Experience testing marketplace interactions with state Medicaid systems and MAGI rules.
• Ability to design complex test scenarios and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working within a State-Based Marketplace (SBM) or SBM-FP environment.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Background or formal training in business analysis or broader QA methodologies.
