What you will do

  • Support the design and evolution of Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs) in partnership with Sales leadership and HR.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and back-testing to evaluate earnings distribution and plan costs.
  • Analyze territories, quotas, and attainment to identify gaps, imbalances, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end incentive cycle and maintain detailed calculation models and audit trails.
  • Coordinate the distribution of incentive statements and ensure accurate payroll file submissions.
  • Lead post-cycle reviews to recommend improvements to incentive plans, processes, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales incentives, compensation, or sales operations.
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce and BI tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical data into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of incentive design principles and territory/quota concepts.
