Location: Hybrid (Singapore or New York City)
Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Provide high-priority technical support to Premium customers within strict SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to track and fix high-impact bugs.
- Lead customer communications during outages or critical incidents.
- Build internal tooling, automation, and documentation to improve efficiency.
- Mentor other support engineers to raise the team's quality bar.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical or developer support.
- Strong debugging skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience supporting high-value or enterprise customers.
- Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk, Linear, and Slack.
- Must be able to work in-office in Singapore or New York City.
Nice to have
- Active usage of in the last 3-6 months.
- Experience with IDEs, terminals, and common developer tools.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
