Requirements

• Degree in Semiconductor Physics, Electronics Engineering, or Microelectronics.
• 7+ years’ experience in semiconductor R&D or product development.
• Strong track record and deep expertise in GaN or wide bandgap semiconductor technologies.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and connect device-level design to system-level performance.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
