What you will do

• Lead data governance efforts by partnering with business units to standardize data concepts and verify adherence to frameworks.
• Gather and document requirements for DG projects, establishing agreed-upon data definitions and consistent data capture.
• Design and develop data models, frameworks, and other data structures to protect data integrity.
• Draft Data Governance policies and standards while educating the organization on DG topics.
• Perform root cause assessments on data issues and execute source-to-target mapping of conformed values.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive consensus and implement data strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analytics and managing complex projects.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with internal clients across various seniority levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing executive materials.

Nice to have

• Experience with Reference Data Management (RDM).
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
