What you will do

• Lead client engagement, including negotiations and contract management within the Norwegian market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and emerging offshore markets.
• Define winning proposal strategies, including technical solutions, pricing, and risk evaluation.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and project managers to develop competitive, value-driven proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform regional commercial strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Marine Site Characterisation industry or a related offshore segment.
• Proven experience in sales, tendering, and business development.
• Fluent English and a Scandinavian language (written and spoken).
• Strong background in geotechnical, geophysical, or seismic operations.
• Must be based in Oslo, Norway.
