Location: Remote - Must be based in Europe (office option available in Oslo)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of prioritized customers, owning retention and expansion efforts.
- Lead the full post-sales cycle from product development through to launch and scale.
- Build the Customer Success function by shaping internal processes, systems, and tooling.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure the roadmap reflects actual customer needs.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in early-stage Customer Success at a fast-growing startup or relevant management consulting experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial start-up mindset with high levels of agency and ambition.
- Analytical thinking and a first-principles approach to diagnosing problems.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high levels of ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience within the energy sector.
- Experience working with API products.
