What you will do

• Design and lead comprehensive Commercial Ops strategies to drive commercial success and operational efficiencies.

• Own the Operations project roadmap and lead critical conversations on prioritization and business impact.
• Manage and coach a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful communication plans across diverse business functions.
• Establish and track KPIs for Commercial Operations to deliver insights to SPA and G&O Leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or related roles.
• Leadership experience within a global, B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading change programs and driving organizational transformation.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
