What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with project objectives for CRM transformation initiatives.
• Design end-to-end change and communication strategies to ensure impactful messaging and user adoption.
• Lead change impact assessments across business processes, systems, data, and organizational structures.
• Proactively manage senior and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and sustained adoption.
• Develop training frameworks, enablement materials, and support models tailored to CRM platforms.
• Establish and track KPIs related to change readiness and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Change Management within large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting CRM implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong experience in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Expertise in driving user adoption, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to London, UK.

• Experience with digital communication tools or content creation, such as video editing.
