What you will do

• Manage end-to-end scoping, bidding, scheduling, and execution of CGI animated series and 2D animation brand partnership projects.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage external animation studios, post-production facilities, and freelance crews to hit delivery milestones.
• Own financial oversight: build accurate production bids, track budgets/costs, and optimize schedules and resources.
• Serve as a key liaison for external brand clients and internal stakeholders, presenting updates and navigating feedback.
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams (including music, post-production, and live action) to protect creative integrity and IP.
• Coordinate global operations across multiple international time zones (particularly UK and US) and support strategic research/workflow innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Producer or Production Manager delivering long or short-form CGI animated series; live-action and 2D animation experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding of animation and visual post-production pipelines, including experience managing external animation studios.
• Excellent budget management, cost tracking, and vendor negotiation skills, with ability to build production bids from scratch.
• Client-facing confidence managing external brand relationships and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Strong existing network of freelance talent, audio/music facilities, and animation studio contacts.
• Exceptional time management and ability to work autonomously, pivot quickly, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
