What you will do
- Manage external art teams by providing detailed feedback and maintaining smooth communication.
- Create clear documentation, references, and workflow examples for outsource partners.
- Review incoming assets to ensure they meet AAA quality standards before approval.
- Create high-quality 3D models and environments as required.
- Implement and polish approved assets within the game engine.
- Coordinate with art team leads to schedule and track asset delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work fully onsite in Edinburgh, UK.
- AAA experience as an artist with strong environment art and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Maya, Unreal Engine, Substance, and ZBrush.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of quality orientation.
