What you will do

• Manage relationships between internal and external development studios and hirify.global Europe Product Development.
• Provide project development guidance to ensure credible time and cost estimations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Coordinate with Publishing Operations including IT, QA, Localisation, and First Party Platform Submissions for successful launches.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and PR to deliver supporting assets throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with legal and compliance teams on all licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing multiple full product lifecycles in the games industry.
• Deep knowledge and experience in PC and console games development.
• Strong account management, project management, and communication skills.
• Solid financial and business acumen with commercial awareness.
• High attention to detail and knowledge of industry sales trends and competitors.
