What you will do

• Manage external art teams, providing detailed feedback and art direction to ensure high quality.
• Develop clear documentation, references, and examples to define art requirements and workflows.
• Review incoming art assets and provide constructive feedback before final approval.
• Create high-quality models and environments as required by the project.
• Implement and polish approved assets within Unreal Engine 4 and Unity.
• Coordinate with art team leads to schedule and track the delivery of incoming assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Edinburgh, UK
• Extensive experience as an artist in AAA game development.
• Strong professional skills in character, weapon, and environment modelling.
• Proficiency with Maya, ZBrush, and Substance.
• Practical experience using Unreal Engine 4 and Unity.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and interpersonal team dynamics.
