Location: Must be based in Poland (Office based in Warsaw)

What you will do

• Validate UI concepts, workflows, and interaction patterns using modern Web UI best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to review and challenge UI designs to meet enterprise standards.
• Define and assess REST API usability to support UI-driven use cases.
• Coordinate release-related activities across R&D teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Research and define the scope for WebUI-related features from investigation to delivery.
• Transform product data into clear insights using dashboards, KPIs, and trends for prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analysis, product ownership, or business analysis working with R&D.
• Strong competency in REST APIs, including the ability to review endpoints and translate workflows into requirements.
• Deep understanding of modern Web UI concepts and how enterprise users interact with complex products.
• Strong sense of UI/UX design quality, focusing on consistency and cleanliness.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Ability to build and utilize a virtualization lab (e.g., VMware).
• Background in enterprise infrastructure or backup and data protection products.
• Experience with WebUI-driven SaaS products and continuous delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
