What you will do

• Map end-to-end operational, logistics, and back-office processes to understand actual functionality.
• Analyze bottlenecks and unnecessary manual work to identify AI application opportunities.
• Design new intelligent processes considering technological capabilities, risks, and human involvement.
• Build business cases, launch pilots, and measure tangible KPI improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Legal, and Technology teams to validate solutions.
• Create playbooks and documentation to scale successful processes to additional markets.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or business analysis.
• Proven track record of project implementation beyond simple analysis and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving using Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Practical, day-to-day professional use of AI tools.
• English: C1 level or higher required for group-wide scope.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland to observe physical work processes.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or BPM certification.
• Knowledge of process mining or data-driven process improvement.
• Exposure to logistics, e-commerce, finance, or customer care sectors.
• Experience in international environments or cross-functional transformation programs.
