Senior Product Analyst (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Act as a bridge between Product teams and the Data organization to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
• Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpret key business and product metrics.
• Own the end-to-end event tracking process, from defining requirements to validating implementation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and optimize production-ready data models.
• Analyze user behavior and business performance using Databricks (SQL/Spark) and present insights via Power BI.
• Define success metrics and interpret results for A/B tests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks is a plus).
• Proven expertise in KPI definition and event tracking.
• Proficiency in reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (B2+ required).
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
