What you will do

• Execute month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local finance teams to ensure alihirify.globalment and smooth communication.
• Prepare reporting packages, manage accruals, and support internal control processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives within the RTR function.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and global accounting standards.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically D365.
• Previous experience working in shared service environments.
