What you will do

  • Lead operational orchestration of DeFi and EVM sidechain initiatives, including governance and fund deployment.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year ecosystem growth framework anchored to utility, liquidity, and trust.
  • Define measurable metrics for external hubs and ecosystem programs like grants and hackathons.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to activate key use cases such as stablecoin payments and RWA tokenization.
  • Establish operating rhythms and structure strategic questions for leadership decision-making.
  • Build and maintain structured workflows for partner onboarding, risk response, and delivery management.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in strategy and operations within Web3, fintech, technology, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of operational support for Sales, BD, or Delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, specifically L1 protocols, tokenization, stablecoins, or DeFi.
  • Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with dashboards and data tools.
  • Must be able to work in-office 10+ days per month.
