TL;DR

Product Owner (Game Design): Crafting engaging mobile game experiences and minigame systems with an accent on F2P mechanics, reward structures, and long-term player engagement. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Gdańsk, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days/week). No visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Design cohesive game concepts, mechanics, and reward structures that complement core gameplay loops.
• Develop and iterate on prototypes to validate design assumptions and refine player experiences.
• Collaborate with product, art, engineering, and LiveOps teams to transform ideas into playable features.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including GDDs, feature specs, and player journeys.
• Analyze KPIs to refine game balance, pacing, and progression systems.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support project delivery using Jira.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in game design or product ownership roles.
• Proven experience contributing to released free-to-play mobile games or LiveOps content.
• Ability to design both moment-to-moment gameplay and multi-week metagame cycles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and balance complex economies.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

• Experience with mathematical modeling for game systems or economy design.
