What you will do

• Monitor risk alert queues and identify high-risk behaviour across the business portfolio.
• Conduct fraud investigations within service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses.
• Build a thorough understanding of products, policies, and processes.
• Lead customer-facing correspondence regarding fraud-related matters.
• Work with teams across the business to provide a seamless merchant experience.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in fraud investigations or a similar role.
• Strong logic and reasoning skills for distinguishing legitimate behaviour from suspected illicit activity.
• Ability to make accurate, timely decisions based on available evidence.
• Ability to assess how new information affects current and future problem-solving.
• Strong written English and the ability to communicate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiative, prioritisation, organisation, and a results-focused approach.
