What you will do

• Respond to direct messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram promptly.
• Engage with subscribers and provide detailed information about the product.
• Convert leads into paying customers using sales scripts and defined funnels.
• Manage social media contests, including responding to queries and selecting winners.
• Professionally address complaints and negative feedback with empathy.
• Collaborate with the team during meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Turkish language: Advanced level (C1/C2)
• English language: B2 level or higher
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with days off during the week.
• Proficiency in PC usage and ability to handle large volumes of information.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and multitasking ability.
