What you will do
- Provide front-line support and occasional sales assistance to drivers and fleet managers.
- Communicate effectively with users in English, Spanish, and Russian.
- Assist users with basic smartphone and tablet configurations for company software.
- Identify areas for product and service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
- Participate in implementing solutions to drive user growth and retention.
Requirements
- Fluency (oral and written) in English, Russian, and Spanish.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales servicing English-speaking customers.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in basic smartphone and tablet configurations.
- Reliable high-speed internet and own laptop/desktop with a headset.
- Must be based in Mexico.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Helpdesk/CRM software such as Zendesk.
- Experience or knowledge within the trucking and logistics industry.
