What you will do

• Manage and respond to panelist and respondent inquiries through the Zendesk platform.
• Maintain and update panelist information in the Atlas management system to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee fieldwork progress and quality, performing corrective actions such as quota adjustments and timeline alignment.
• Process personal data deletion requests in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Client Solutions teams to optimize panel activities.
• Monitor and escalate technical or operational issues impacting research continuity.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong quality orientation and high attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, international work environment.
