What you will do

• Review and redact sensitive information from military service records for disclosure.
• Liaise with military service personnel and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the case management system and Compensation Recovery Unit (CRU) records.
• Analyze medical records to support the assessment of causation.
• Assist with claim valuation (quantum) and the calculation of special damages.
• Support settlement negotiations to achieve fair outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in a legal or professional services environment (desirable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize a complex workload effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with case or claims management systems (desirable).
• Must be based on site in Bolton, Birmingham, or Liverpool.
