What you will do

• Own and manage the global C&B strategy for both remote and hub-based teams.
• Ensure compensation and benefits programs are consistent, competitive, and compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support employee relocation processes, including benefits transition and policy alignment.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Lead C&B setup for new hub launches, including compensation structure design.
• Manage relationships with external HR service providers and BPO agencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multi-country environment.
• Deep understanding of global compensation structures, benefits strategy, and workforce models.
• Hands-on experience with global mobility, relocation programs, and benefits transition management.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to influence senior leadership.
• English: B2+ level required
