Salary: $178,800 – $322,500

What you will do

• Design, staff, and sequence cross-functional teams to redesign business workflows using AI, automation, and collaboration technology.
• Define business outcomes and success metrics for each transformation team in collaboration with business sponsors.
• Recruit and develop Transformation Team Leads while managing the overall team operating model.
• Ensure architectural compliance and enforce the use of approved platform capabilities to avoid shadow solutions.
• Manage engineering demand from shared organizations and resolve resource allocation conflicts.
• Represent the program to senior business leaders and deliver consolidated delivery reporting.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, product leadership, or IT delivery.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing product managers.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise SaaS, collaboration, or AI transformations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience defining and tracking value realization metrics for workflow transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable, platform-aligned solutions.
• Experience establishing durable sustainment models for AI and automation solutions.
• Experience leading a multi-team transformation portfolio with complex dependency management.
