What you will do
- Oversee the delivery and execution of multiple events in the Health & Nutrition portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the portfolio's three-year growth plan.
- Lead and mentor event teams, acting as the senior escalation point for operational challenges.
- Manage budgets for multiple events to ensure cost efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Finance teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Drive innovation in event formats and ensure adherence to sustainability benchmarks.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in event management.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing event portfolios.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Boulder, Colorado office.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets and forecasting.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in Health & Nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
