What you will do

  • Oversee the delivery and execution of multiple events in the Health & Nutrition portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the portfolio's three-year growth plan.
  • Lead and mentor event teams, acting as the senior escalation point for operational challenges.
  • Manage budgets for multiple events to ensure cost efficiency and maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Finance teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Drive innovation in event formats and ensure adherence to sustainability benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in event management.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing event portfolios.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Boulder, Colorado office.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets and forecasting.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in Health & Nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
