What you will do

• Identify and develop new market opportunities and expand customer relationships.
• Manage sales targets, forecasting, and territory planning to achieve divisional goals.
• Present and demonstrate product suites to prospective clients and healthcare opinion leaders.
• Evaluate and manage business distribution channels and resolve channel conflicts.
• Recruit, train, and direct new sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, activities, and interactions within the CRM.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Morocco
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Morocco
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering
• Mandatory proficiency in French, English, and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong technical knowledge of medical products
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
