What you will do

• Own features and systems across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure) from problem definition through production.
• Partner with product to break down ambiguous scope and ship iterative, high-impact releases.
• Make and explain architectural and design decisions so the team can build on them.
• Integrate LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise customer workflows with reliability and safety in mind.
• Solve hard engineering problems including API performance, microservices, and scaling across channels and brands.
• Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure with an infrastructure-as-code and DevOps mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering with real ownership of systems shipped and run in production.
• Strong full-stack skills in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS) plus PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with microservices and scalable systems.
• Must have shipped LLM-powered features to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js.
• Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform).
• Python experience.
• Event-driven architecture experience.
• Background in customer support or CX software.
