What you will do

• Partner with leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the global CP&E business.
• Lead financial evaluations of licensing deals, brand partnerships, and experiential initiatives, focusing on royalty performance and MG recoupment.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics and revenue drivers to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to review contracts and optimize deal terms.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Oversee the licensee audit program in coordination with external auditors to ensure contract compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or Senior FP&A Manager, ideally within entertainment, gaming, or media licensing.
• Deep expertise in licensing business models, royalty structures, and minimum guarantee (MG) recoupment.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with enterprise ERP or FP&A forecasting software.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear summaries for executive leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York or Los Angeles, USA.
