What you will do

• Partner with General Managers to provide financial insights, strategic planning, and data-backed decision support.
• Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year long-term planning processes.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and stress tests.
• Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities related to product development, support, and delivery.
• Manage capital allocation for business unit growth initiatives to maximize long-term profitability and ROI.
• Build robust financial models focusing on SaaS metrics such as ARR growth, churn reduction, and LTV/CAC optimization.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or management consulting.
• Significant experience supporting high-growth business units, strongly preferring SaaS or High Tech backgrounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior operational leaders and General Managers.
• Analytical proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or financial planning software (e.g., Oracle EPBCS).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
