What you will do

• Update, maintain, and enhance voting policies for institutional clients.
• Analyze issuer filings, proxy statements, and other disclosures to assess corporate governance.
• Leverage analytical tools and models to identify patterns in proxy voting activity and governance trends.
• Support internal stakeholders and external clients with voting, reporting, and governance insights.
• Collaborate with team members on policy application and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in governance research, proxy voting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with databases and structured data.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in European languages.
• Familiarity with global issuer corporate governance research.
