Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: €2,800 – €3,200 gross per month.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted partner to external stakeholders, explaining platform value and ensuring data alignment.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with asset managers, consultants, and asset owners.
• Communicate data standards and methodologies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Use SQL and analytical tools to support data investigations and platform integrity.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on investment fund data across various asset classes.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts on communication and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in investment data, financial services, or analytical roles with external stakeholder exposure.
• Strong understanding of Private and/or Public Markets fund data and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Vilnius and able to work in a hybrid setup (3 days/week in office).
• Clean criminal record in the Republic of Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience with institutional investment research platforms or consultant-facing products.
• Familiarity with the European institutional investment landscape.
• Progress toward CFA or CAIA certifications.
• Experience with SQL for data exploration and validation.
• Exposure to automation and workflow optimization.
