Business Analyst (IoT)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (IoT): Collecting and formalizing business and functional requirements for thermal imaging and IoT solutions with an accent on user stories, use cases, and system interaction. Focus on bridging the gap between hardware devices and mobile applications within an R&D testing environment.

Location: Must be based in Vilnius

Salary: 3000–4000 EUR (monthly bonus included)

What you will do

• Collect and formalize business and functional requirements.
• Write and maintain user stories and use cases.
• Manage backlog preparation, refinement, and grooming.
• Maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
• Propose and implement functional improvements for products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology-focused environments.
• Proven experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• English and Russian: B1+ proficiency required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Location: Must be able to work from the Vilnius office.

Nice to have

• Experience with devices, embedded systems, and their interaction with mobile apps.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Knowledge of localization (i18n/l10n) processes.
