Senior Functional Analyst in Trade Surveillance Operations

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Salary: €2,300–€2,600 gross per month, plus potential annual bonus and equity incentives.

What you will do

• Manage client support through the full incident management lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Investigate complex functional and business issues with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Deliver product training to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Create, maintain, and review functional documentation for onboarding, issue resolution, and product knowledge management.
• Capture client product improvement requests and collaborate with Product Management on implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in functional analysis, client support, or technical support within a regulated or technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, logical, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including clear documentation and client correspondence.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Applicants must have no previous unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, except offences solely related to minor road traffic violations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, or asset classes such as equities, derivatives, and fixed income.
• Experience in client-facing meetings and formal communications.
• Familiarity with enterprise incident management or ticketing tools.
