Senior Functional Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office).

Salary: €2,300–€2,600 gross per month.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end incident management lifecycle for global clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve functional business issues.
• Deliver product training to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain functional documentation for onboarding and knowledge management.
• Synthesize client feedback and partner with Product Management to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of experience in functional analysis or client support within a regulated environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Clean criminal record as per the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, or asset classes.
• Experience in a client-facing role representing the organization.
• Familiarity with enterprise incident management or ticketing tools.
