What you will do
- Manage technical relationships and escalation processes for assigned corporate accounts.
- Provide technical support and consulting to optimize the usage of security products and improve customer security posture.
- Drive the renewal of MSA contracts and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Deliver professional services including implementation, configuration, migration, training, and health checks.
- Perform deep technical troubleshooting by analyzing logs, traces, and dump files.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and provide consultative knowledge transfer to clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 4+ years specifically in IT security.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft OS (Server 2019+, Windows 10+), Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), and Virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in Enterprise Networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, and Active Directory.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and Windows Performance tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- English: Professional level verbal and written communication skills required.
