Senior Product Data Analyst (VPN): Analyzing the VPN user journey and building predictive models with an accent on product metrics, user retention, and LTV. Focus on designing end-to-end analytics solutions, driving experimentation, and translating ambiguous questions into actionable product recommendations.

Location: Hybrid (Lithuania or Poland). Hybrid setup with up to two remote days per week and a WFA policy for flexibility.

Salary: 4,000 – 5,900 EUR/month (Lithuanian market) or 19,600 – 25,000 PLN/month (Polish market)

What you will do

• Own product analytics across the VPN user journey.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape product decisions.
• Define and maintain core product metrics, including connection speed and stability.
• Drive experimentation on product experience and quantify the impact of user friction on retention and LTV.
• Build end-to-end analytics solutions comprising data models, dashboards, and deep dives.
• Proactively surface insights to improve overall product performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product analytics for SaaS or consumer apps (subscriptions experience is a plus).
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with event-level data.
• Familiarity with modern analytics tools: dbt, Tableau, and Git.
• Solid understanding of experimentation, funnels, and retention.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical workflows.
• Clear and concise communication skills capable of driving business decisions.
