Data Analyst

TL;DR

Data Analyst: Developing and maintaining self-service dashboards and performing data modeling to support business growth with an accent on data integrity and actionable insights. Focus on utilizing SQL, Python, and PowerBI to drive decision-making processes for a high-scale web data scraping platform.

Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 office days / 2 WFH).

What you will do

• Create and maintain self-service dashboards for stakeholders using PowerBI.
• Utilize SQL and Python to prepare and analyze data for key decision-making.
• Build forecast models to support business development and growth.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis and communicate findings to business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor new business lines.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.
• Hands-on experience building effective dashboards, ideally with PowerBI.
• Proven ability to formulate and test hypotheses about business performance.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presentation.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving using appropriate tools like Excel or Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with other visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BQ), dbt, and Airflow.
