Analyst (Reporting & Dashboards)

Focus on standardizing operational, security, and compliance metrics to support IT operations and executive decision-making.

Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Define requirements for reports and dashboards across hirify.global solutions.
• Standardize key operational, performance, security, and compliance metrics.
• Transform telemetry, events, and API data into KPIs, visualizations, and drilldowns.
• Build a consistent reporting framework including aggregation and metric logic.
• Partner with PM, Engineering, Design, and QA to validate data sources and deliver usable reporting.

Requirements

• Must be permanently present in the Czech Republic.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or BI within a product-facing role.
• Strong understanding of service health metrics, trends, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with complex data sources like telemetry, logs, and APIs.
• Ability to write clear requirements and work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in data protection, IT operations, or backup systems.
• Experience with hirify.global products.
