TL;DR
Senior Talent Development Partner (HR): Driving learning and talent development across dedicated departments with an accent on boosting talent density and leadership capability. Focus on designing scalable learning experiences, facilitating training sessions, and leading AI adoption from an HR and L&D perspective.
Location: Hybrid (office encouraged, up to 2 remote days per week) with a Work From Anywhere (WFA) policy
Salary: 2500-4500 EUR/month

What you will do
- Partner with leaders to identify development needs and design impactful programs to boost performance and leadership capability.
- Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions for all employee levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
- Design scalable learning experiences, workshops, and development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous growth.
- Shape organizational culture by enhancing feedback systems and embedding company principles.
- Drive AI adoption within HR and L&D to equip employees with the mindset and skills needed for transformation.
- Measure the impact of programs using a data-informed approach and refine solutions based on feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in L&D, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and deliver learning programs end-to-end.
- Exceptional group facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in cultural and change management initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- English: Fluency (C1) required
