TL;DR

AVP, TJX Marketing (Fintech): Developing and implementing multi-channel acquisition and digital growth strategies for a credit card portfolio including TJ Maxx and Marshalls with an accent on digital customer growth and omni-channel execution. Focus on optimizing marketing spend, segmenting target audiences, and managing strategic partner relationships to drive incremental new customer growth.

Location: Stamford, CT. Must be based in the US and work East Coast hours.

Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition and digital growth plans.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships at senior levels within partner organizations to ensure alignment.
  • Analyze client business objectives and marketing calendars to develop high-performance acquisition strategies.
  • Optimize and manage marketing spend against growth targets to scale acquisition efforts.
  • Identify and segment target audiences using data-driven insights to design incremental growth programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, analytics, product, and sales teams for effective campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, credit card, or financial services.
  • 3+ years leading growth marketing strategies for consumer-facing products.
  • 3+ years experience managing digital customer acquisition channels (online and mobile).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Must be able to work East Coast hours.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business approximately 10%.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or personalized marketing approaches.
  • Deep understanding of consumer finance value propositions and product development life cycles.
  • Proven success delivering digital acquisition strategies to consumers.
