What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience, including query input, autocomplete, results pages, and filters.
• Shape search relevance and ranking strategies in close collaboration with data science and ML teams.
• Drive discovery and navigation improvements for complex health-related customer journeys.
• Define and refine the measurement framework for search, tracking advanced metrics like query reformulation and time to first result.
• Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term infrastructure and experimentation investments.

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products.
• Deeply data-driven mindset with experience interpreting complex metrics and running experiments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data science and ML teams on ranking signals and semantic search.
• Clear understanding of user experience layers and how search behaves across different devices.
