What you will do

• Own and improve end-to-end debit and credit card journeys, from issuance to limit management.
• Translate customer insights and business goals into clear product choices and concrete features.
• Shape product improvements from initial idea to launch, ensurhirify.global real customer value.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and risk managers to implement solutions.
• Coordinate with external partners and card schemes to optimize the payments ecosystem.
• Balance customer experience and commercial impact with technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in bankhirify.global, payments, card products, or digital product development.
• Solid understandhirify.global of card journeys, the card ecosystem, and customer behavior.
• Experience in product ownership or customer journey optimization within complex organizations.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Amsterdam.
