We're looking for experienced professionals with a background in CDN, Networking, and Cybersecurity to join an exciting opportunity with one of our clients.
What You'll Work On
• Troubleshooting CDN, DNS, SSL, and web infrastructure issues
• Supporting customers and resolving complex technical challenges
• Configuring and optimizing CDN and traffic routing solutions
• Assisting with WAF, Bot Management, and DDoS protection initiatives
Requirements
✅ 4–5+ years of experience in Technical Support, DevOps, Web Infrastructure, or related roles
✅ Strong understanding of DNS, CDN, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, and Networking
✅ Experience with Cloudflare or other CDN providers is a plus
✅ Knowledge of WAF, DDoS Protection, and Web Security
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
📍 Location: Portugal or France
🌍 Remote-friendly
