CyberArk PAM Support Engineer (Contract)

Location: Hybrid; candidates can be based in Amsterdam, Brussels, London or Paris.

hirify.global is recruiting for a leading financial services company and its Identity and Access Management team.

What you will do

• Manage CyberArk services across different environments.
• Provide second-line support for CyberArk products, including incident and problem management.
• Identify and manage vulnerabilities across the PAM environment.
• Support production releases and provide out-of-hours support when required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Work with business stakeholders and support other IAM operations teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT experience, ideally including 2–3 years in Privileged Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk and its PVWA, Vault, CPM, PSM and AAM components.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience managing incidents, problems and escalations.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams and MS Office.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently and follow established processes.
• Experience in financial or banking services is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint, Azure AD and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Mainframe or CREST applications.
• Previous experience in IAM or highly regulated environments, ideally financial services.
